On May 30, the anniversary of the mythical filmmaker, the Austrian daily Kurier shared, online, an exclusive interview with the interested party – The interview is still online. A few hours later, many media around the world – which, unfortunately, Allociné – relayed these alleged declarations.
The denial of Clint Eastwood
This Monday, June 2, Clint Eastwood contacts the American media Deadline To make a denial:
“”Several information about me recently made the headlines. I wanted to set the record straight. I confirm that I celebrated my 95 years. I also confirm that I have never given an interview to an Austrian newspaper called Kurier, or to any other journalist in recent weeks, and that this interview is entirely phony.“”
The Austrian daily “investigation”
No need to rejoice, the development of a new feature film is therefore completely false. A warning put online by Kurier was added in the preamble to the interview:

The American correspondent, at the origin of the publication, has not yet reacted.
