M6 is launching this Saturday evening the broadcast of season 6 of “The Rookie”. A new salvo of episodes that will be rich in challenges for our heroes!
In March 2024, M6 broadcast season 5 of The Rookie, the police series with Nathan Fillion. And after a little more than a year of waiting, the fiction will make this Saturday, June 21, its comeback on the channel on the occasion of the broadcast of season 6, made up of only 10 episodes.
A season 6 full of surprises
And it is on the wheels that this new salve of episodes will start. Team members will indeed have to face the consequences of a violent attack orchestrated by Luke Moran, a former detainee who has an account to settle.
However, this event will prove to be a lure that hides a much larger criminal operation aimed at robbing the federal reserve.
On the heart side, the relationship between Tim Bradford (Eric Winter) and Lucy Chen (Melissa O'Neil) knows ups and downs. Tim, who is haunted by his past, chooses indeed to move away from his partner to protect her. Despite their breakup, they manage to continue to collaborate effectively in the field.
For his part, John Nolan must also face many challenges. Bailey Nune (Jenna Dewan) and he plans to start a family. And if they have for a time envisaged adoption, they are now faced with the challenge represented by PMA.
The couple, already tested by traumatic events, must sail between their desire to start a family and the realities of their daily lives.
This season 6 of The Rookie will also be marked by the arrival of a new antagonist, Monica Stevens (Bridget Rejea), a corrupt lawyer who is actually the thinking of a criminal network that will try to infiltrate the police department.
