Valdosta, Ga. (Walb) – Parents, Georgia, at the Wild Adventures Theme Park in Valdosta, told Walb that the parks are stuck on the ride for about an hour due to the goer power outage.
According to the parents in the park, two of the stuck ride are twisted typhoon and ratler.
Walb has found pictures and videos, showing that some riders are being taken away from the ride.
We arrived for wild adventure to know what causes this outage to learn more about taking steps to solve this issue.
A comprehensive power dissolution associated with the nearby utility substation affected the earlier wild adventure and operations in the surrounding community this afternoon. Our teams implemented the installed security procedures, where necessary rides are also included.
We are deeply grateful to their dedicated hosts and local emergency personnel to their quick response and professionalism in management of the situation.
Power is now completely restored. We are also happy to confirm that tonight's concert will move forward according to the plan.
At the time of the outage, the guests who were in the park have been issued rain investigation. We believe that some guests experienced significant disruption in their journey, and we honestly apologize for it. We greatly appreciate the patience and understanding of our guests during this situation.
