The Iranian judiciary says that Ismail Fakery has been sentenced to death on charges of “detective to Israel”.
The sentence stated that the sentence was “implemented after the entire process of criminal action and the verdict in the Supreme Court”.
The news agency has asked the judiciary to arrest Mr. Fakery in December.
Ismail Fakery, who was accused of collaborating with Mossad, has “attempted to present and receive the country's classified and sensitive information to the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Iran and receive the award.”
Ismail Faiki said that “four Mossad was in touch with officers.”
The judiciary says that after contacting Mr. Fakery, his first officer, the second Mossad officer was transferred at the beginning of the year, who asks the accused to send a new platform to send the main communication and report in this context. ,
The judiciary has said that after the initial decision was issued, the case was sent to the Supreme Court for appeal, which was approved by the court, according to the available documents.
In early May, the Iranian judiciary announced that Mohsen Langerineh was killed by the Israeli intelligence service on charges of “Mossad for Steering”.
Mr. Langerin was introduced to “many Mossad's senior detectives and field support” in Iran and the judiciary claimed that he was “an operational and technical supporter of the murder” Hasan Sayyedkhodai, a colonel of revolutionary guards.
Shri Syed Khodai was killed by two motorcycle drivers while leaving his home in Tehran.
Months before the verdict, concern over the possibility of execution of both prisoners had increased.
