Wednesday June 4 in such a great sun …
Cécile and Florent escape
Cécile is jogging when she receives an Elise call which informs her that the DNA found on the crime scene belongs to Fabrice Guillon. The judge therefore asks to refer him to his office after his interrogation.
Investigators then question Fabrice again. On the advice of his lawyer, the latter acknowledges having used double the keys to enter the home of his ex-wife in order to recover a necklace which belonged to him. However, he swears that he had never met Iris before leaving.
In parallel, Yves answers Marc Mourre's questions. Unsurprisingly, Yves openly accuses Fabrice of having killed his sister. He also talks to her about their divorce and the complaint she filed the day before her death.
Later, Fabrice Guillon was referred before judge Alphand. Florent then tries to defend his client as well as possible. He also portrays Fabrice as a man devastated by his divorce and who deeply loved his wife. Cécile reminds him that cemeteries are unfortunately filled with women who were loved deeply by their husband. And to add that it has enough concordant elements to put Fabrice under investigation. So she requires her placement in pre-trial detention.
At the end of the day, Florent returns home and criticizes Cécile for having been particularly hard with her client. In her eyes, she did not have to place him in pre -trial detention. Only Cécile does not see things in the same way. It must be said that Fabrice has no alibi and lied to the police, which necessarily raises questions. The judge is also convinced that the suspect will soon confess. Obviously, the tone rises within the couple.
Laurine does not accept her mother's relationship
In the early morning, Laurine notes that Catherine did not sleep at home. If Boris is happy to see their mother regain control, it is not the case of Laurine who regrets seeing her throw herself into the arms of the first comer.
For their part, Catherine and Pascal spent the night together and are on a small cloud. Catherine kisses Pascal one last time before letting her take her plane for Barcelona. Indeed, the latter has a professional meeting with two young people who have just set up a start-up.
Going home, Catherine attracts the wrath of her daughter. Indeed, Laurine would like to know since when she has a new man in her life. The businesswoman then talks to her about Pascal but Laurine, who makes fun of it, leaves by slamming the door.
Meanwhile, Muriel reminds Boris that they have the evening of entrepreneurs at the end of the day. Unfortunately, Boris has forgotten and can no longer accompany him because he has a gallant meeting. What annoy Muriel who had hired a nanny specially for the evening.
At the end of the day, Catherine and Alix leave the restaurant. The opportunity for the business woman to confide in her friend on her story with Pascal. If she admits to have a good time with him, Catherine is especially upset that Laurine thinks she is trying to replace François. Alix therefore advises him to give him a little time to take the news then encourages him to be happy.
Louis is at most bad
Berthier is particularly pessimistic about the future of Louis' society. Luxury car, Champagne, evening in the savages … The young man spent a lot of money and is therefore no longer able to straighten up. Louis and Berthier will therefore have to find an idea to bail out the boxes … and quickly.
In the evening, Louis confides to Thaïs how much he regrets not having listened to Berthier a few weeks earlier. If he had done it, he would not be there. When Thaïs encourages him not to give up, Louis explains that he had spent as much money to be up to Laurine. Indeed, he was complexed and wanted to impress him but above all show him that he was able to succeed. For Thaïs, people who keep him don't need that to know what is worth.
