Manu and Eve have an open heart discussion
Eve and Manu have breakfast together. As she still thinks of Rebecca, the policeman offers her to go out tonight but Eve is declining to correct copies. Despite everything, they decide to spend the romantic evening at home.
Arriving at high school, Eve announces to Sabine that she finally returned home. Although she does not regret her decision, the French teacher finds weird to resume her daily life as if nothing had happened. It must be said that Eve thinks a lot about Rebecca. Sabine therefore makes her understand that she will have to let time do her work.
Not far from there, Eliott is visiting his former fellow prisoner who encounters some difficulties in finding work. As he wishes to enlarge his business, Eliott offers him a VTC driver position. Indeed, Eve's son has to buy a new vehicle and will need someone to drive them. The young man accepts.
Later, Eliott takes advantage of driving Catherine to an appointment to ask her for a service. Seeking to expand his customers, the young man would like to know if she can recommend it around her. Catherine then agrees to do so provided that she remains her client number 1. An offer he accepts.
In parallel, Dimitri thanks Claudine for her help and not to have abandoned her. Even if he had badly experienced his passage in prison, he thought a lot and says he is ready to pay for his mistakes. Words fall well since Claudine hands her her fee note.
Meanwhile, Eliott finds the man who whitens the money for him and hands him an envelope. The latter then promises to make him a transfer during the week.
In the process, Eliott calls Muriel to find out if she has received Thomas's sneakers. If she finds them cute, Muriel believes, however, that their son is not yet aged to wear brand shoes. Only, Eliott wants to spoil his son because he does not see him much. He also offers to take him to a puppet show this weekend. Muriel finds the idea great.
At nightfall, Eve depresses what did not escape Manu who pushes her to tell her about Rebecca. Indeed, the policeman is ready to hear what she has to tell her. Eve then takes her hand and then told her how much the young woman is missing. “”It was very strong what we both experienced. I have not seen anything coming. Fabrice lied to the police
In the morning, Fabrice took advantage of a single moment with his partner to tell him about the Guillon affair. Indeed, the lawyer wonders if he should not give the file to Johanna in order to avoid a conflict of interest between them. However, Cécile does not see the problem as long as they do not talk about the case between them once at home. The couple therefore agrees.
For his part, Hugo confirms to Elise and Thierry that Iris died of a cerebral hemorrhage caused by an ashtray on her head. Unfortunately, the medical examiner found no fingerprints on the object. It must be said that the crime scene was carefully cleaned after the drama. Obviously, Elise thinks that Fabrice, the ex-husband of Iris, is the assassin. Besides, she has just received the Rogatory Commission to search her home.
In parallel, Alix and Yves struggle to realize that Iris has died. If he is sad, Yves is especially angry with the police who did not take the complaint of his sister seriously. And as Marc Mourre contacted him, Yves intends to answer the journalist's questions to put pressure on the police.
In the afternoon, Florent and Cécile meet at the police station for the hearing of Fabrice Guillon. The police may have found double the keys to his ex-wife's home in one of the drawers in his study, Fabrice swears that he did not kill Iris. However, Elise and Thierry are struggling to believe it and on the contrary think that she has kept the keys to have access to her home and kill her. Florent, who is present, then asks to speak alone with his client. When he seeks to know why he had this trousseau in his possession, Fabrice maintains that he is innocent. While Florent reminds him that he must tell him the truth if he wants him to defend him, Fabrice recognizes that he lied to the police.
At nightfall, Thierry informs Élise and Commissioner Becker that the DNA found on the crime scene is that of Fabrice.
