Monday June 9 in such a great sun …
Fabrice comes out of prison
Florent awaits Fabrice at the exit of the prison. Although it is free, Fabrice has not been released and is now subject to judicial control. He therefore did not have the right to leave the department before the end of the investigation. Florent then announces to him that Judge Alphand is organizing a reconstruction this afternoon in the house of Iris. Although he refuses to attend for fear of collapsing, the lawyer makes him understand that he has no choice.
By lighting his phone, Fabrice discovers that he is insulted on social networks.
For their part, Yves, Adrien and Alix prepare the funeral of Iris. Particularly moved, Yves has a lot of trouble concentrating. It must be said that the latter fears that Fabrice is witnessing the funeral, especially since he is very angry with the idea that his ex-Beau-Frère continues his little life now that he is free.
At the police station, Cécile and Commissioner Becker take stock of the investigation. Some Fabrice is responsible for the death of his wife, judge Alphand asks the commissioner not to let go.
If Becker hopes that listening will bring them new elements to the investigation, he would especially like that Fabrice confess during the reconstruction.
For his part, Yves calls Maître Levars and asks him to find a solution so that Fabrice returns to prison as soon as possible. The lawyer therefore informed her that the judge, convinced of her guilt, organized a reconstruction during the day and asked her to keep hope.
In the afternoon, Cécile, Elise, Florent and Fabrice go to Iris to reconstruct. Moved, Fabrice is doing exactly the same course and the same gestures as the day he came to his ex-wife to recover the necklace of his grandmother. For her part, Cécile continues the dependent questions, reads the autopsy report and shows her the photos of the corpse of Iris to make him crack. Tears in his eyes, Fabrice swears once again that he did not kill her.
Annoyed, Florent asks to speak alone with Cécile. Once in the garden, he tries to find out what she is playing. If she reminds him that she directs a reconstruction with a man suspected of murder, Florent makes him understand that he does not really appreciate his methods to obtain confessions. He also finds his little staging ridiculous. Obviously, the couple argues once again.
At the end of the day, Florent accompanies Fabrice at home. Disappointed, the latter confides that he feels condemned. Indeed, Fabrice knows perfectly well that Cécile is convinced of his guilt. Florent tries to reassure him but without success.
At nightfall, Fabrice walks in the streets of the city when he receives a call from Marc who wishes to question him about the murder of Iris. Once he has sworn to be innocent, Fabrice asks him to give him peace.
Not far from there, a man starts a car and then tries to overthrow Fabrice …
Emma is in a relationship
At the hut, Emma smiles by reading messages on her phone, which did not escape David who immediately understands that the servers of the Savages has a new man in her life. Emma confirms it and then indicates that it is called Lucas. She met her on the beach when she was late to work. If their story was not on the right foot, Emma and Lucas have ended up having a drink together and have not left each other since.
For his part, Victor has just lost two extras for evening service. He therefore asks Emma if she can free herself. Although she has planned to go to a concert with Lucas, the young woman calls her and leaves her a message on the answering machine to order.
Later, Lucas arrives at the hut and offers his help for the evening service. Happy, the young woman immediately presents him Victor who accepts without hesitation.
At the end of the service, Victor thanks Lucas for his help and congratulates him for his excellent work. Once alone, Emma and Lucas kiss before closing the establishment for the evening.
