Victor under the spell of Clémence?

At the hospital, Victor and Lucas are waiting for the end of Emma's operation. Clémence comes to meet them to tell them that everything went well and that the surgeon was able to sew the two tendons. She will have no consequences.

Emma will just need to wear a splint for a few weeks and do rehabilitation. She can go out tomorrow morning. Lucas offers to stay with Emma. He will bring her back to her.

Victor thanks Clémence for his help. He then proposed to accompany her to the hut so that she collects her car. Clémence immediately accepts.

In the car, Victor thanks her again. He also apologizes for Emma, ​​who should never have spoken to her as she did. Clémence smiles and replies that she is used to it.

Since she arrived in Montpellier, she has the impression that everyone has given herself the word. Victor explains to him that he heard about it by his daughter Claire, who is a nurse in the hospital. Clémence tells her that she is the only one to be pleasant with her.

Victor then allows himself to ask him for the reasons for this atmosphere. She talks to him about the history of harassment that came out on social networks a few weeks ago. Caregivers have heard of it and started to have prejudices. The situation has gradually overturned.

Clémence recognizes that she is not proud of what she could do at the time. But she changed. This is not the same situation in Montpellier. It is demanding but it never exceeds the terminals. Victor tries to reassure her, but Clémence doubts that the situation can improve.

The next day, Tiago asks Flore how his dinner went with his mother. Flore explains to him that he was shortened because of Emma's injury. She then tells him that Clémence plans to return to live in Nice, because it does not go well in the hospital. Tiago does not understand, his grandmother is not a monster. Flore agrees with him, but his mother is not always easy.

A little later in the day, Emma calls Victor. He is happy to hear it, and is happy that Clémence was there to help them. Emma agrees with him and regrets everything she could tell him.

She realizes that she should not have spoken to her as she did. Emma wishes to apologize to Clémence. Over the course of the discussion, Emma cannot help but notice that Victor seems to have fallen in love with Clémence. He recognizes it in a word. Before hanging up, Victor asked him to give him news.

At the hospital, David visits Emma to put her splint to her. The latter explains to her that she was afraid but that Clémence was there to treat her. David replied that she has only done her work, but Emma tells her that, a few minutes before the accident, she had wandered with her.

And yet, Dr. Martin did the necessary to help and treat him. Emma understands that David does not wear her in her heart, but Clémence acted well. David prefers to avoid the subject, and advises him to pay attention to his hand and rest.

Emma then left her room and finds Lucas who awaits her in the corridor. He spent the night in the hospital's waiting room. He offers to bring her home. They leave the hospital more in love than ever.

A little later in the day, Dr. Martin crosses David in the corridors of the hospital. She asks him news from Emma. David confirms that she returned home. He ended up thanking her for what she did for her. Clémence replies that she has only done her work.

She takes the opportunity to tell her that she also tries to do her job in the hospital. She is aware that she can sometimes be difficult, but she does it for her patients. David retorts to him when she can do it without being unpleasant. Clémence apologizes if this was the case. David and she agree to stop creating unnecessary tensions.

Tension rises between Cécile and Florent

In the early morning, Cécile returns home with croissants. Margot is alone in the apartment. She understood that Cécile tries to avoid Florent. Margot believes that he does not deserve that. Cécile replies that she does not deserve that either.

Margot is annoyed and asks him if they count the points. Cécile explains to him that this is not the case. She is not tender with him, but it is reciprocal. Margot explains to him that Florent does his job just by defending Fabrice.

Cécile replies that she too does her job by instructing the file. Margot wishes to warn her sister. They are being eaten by this case. The most important thing is their couple.

They should not mix everything. Cécile then confides to her sister that it touches her that he puts as much energy to defend someone guilty of feminicide. Margot suggests that his sister talk to Florent before it is too late.

In the office, Johanna comes to see Florent at her office to discuss a case. It was at this point that the lawyer received a text from Fabrice who asked him to forgive him for his silence. He was afraid for his life.

He then asks Florent to no longer try to join him on his cell phone because he got rid of it. From now on, he will communicate with him via encrypted messaging. He asks Florent to tell the press that his departure is not an admission of guilt. He is innocent. Florent does not know what to do with this message.

For its part, Alix accompanies Yves to the cemetery. Adrien is by their side. In tears, Yves thanks the Assembly for having come to pay tribute to Iris. In the distance, Thierry takes pictures of the ceremony.

Once the ceremony is over, Yves thanks Alix for supporting it in this event. They then meet Thierry which annoys Yves. He accuses him of not doing his job, and begins to insult him.

Thierry tries to calm him down, but Yves will only do it when he has found his sister's assassin. Busy by the calm of the policeman, Yves throws himself around his neck. Alix manages to separate them. Adrien and she takes him away from the policeman.

Florent makes a press conference in his office to talk about the message that Fabrice sent him. Marc then asks him if they know where he is. Florent replies that his client has said nothing to him, but he continues to proclaim his innocence.

The journalist asks him then why he fled. The lawyer explains to them that he was afraid for his life. He escaped an assassination attempt a few days ago. He thinks that the person who did this is someone who wants to do justice himself.

Marc wants to know what makes him think that. Florent explains to them that, since the start of the case, he and his client have received death threats. But for Marc Mourre, this leak is an admission of guilt. Florent then explains that, if the police had agreed to put his client under protection, he would never have fled.

From now on, Fabrice is waiting for justice to do his job and find the real murderer of his ex-wife. Cécile, who watched the conference on her computer, is upset by Florent's statements.

Back home, Florent finds Cécile working. She's cold with him. The lawyer offers him to eat at the restaurant, which annoys Cécile. Florent does not understand his reaction.

She then talks to him about her press conference this afternoon. Florent replies that he has only done his work, but Cécile criticizes him for having attacked him openly. She accuses him of having implied that Fabrice's flight was his fault, because she refused to give him police protection.

Florent ends up telling him that he is obvious that if she had accepted, they would not have gotten there. They both camp on their positions. Cécile then decides to go to bed and suggests to Florent to sleep on the sofa tonight. He reassures her by telling him that it was what he had planned to do. She leaves.
