In season 8 (premiere on 18 June), Someone fed Phil Head for BostanAs the city as a city, the city is preparing to welcome its own, first Michelin Guide selection.

How did you be interested in having food?
When I was a child, we could not go anywhere.
When I was in my 20s in the 1980s, I will save to eat in a great dining restaurant every year on my birthday. I had another friend whose birthday was a few days later, and we would save together. We could not take the risk of bringing dates, so we would bring a girl at dinner, and it was a complete paradise. Lutèce, BernardineThe Quilted Giraffe, La Kota Basque, La Grenoil.
It was not until I went French laundry That I experienced anything close to that level of wastage. I don't think I will ever forget it. It seemed that you are entering a world where you can dream of something happening and then it will appear. It was just at one level. My mind is blowing for me.

What do you like about Michelin Restaurant?
It is about quality at every level. “Is it delicious?” This number is a criteria.

What are some of your favorite Michelin Restaurants in various American cities?
Austin, Texas
Nickery And Learoy and Lewis My favorite People who go back to the most delicious food that I can't find anywhere else. In Laroy and Lewis, they are one of the best burgers in my life, and all their other barbecue are also fantastic.

ArticleThe first time when I went there, I was blowing up. It took the molecular gastronomy to another level. It is like going to a magic show. But, with scenes and eccentric, if the food is not delicious, it means nothing. But Grant surprise Knows how to make it very tasty.
Monketed My favorite Italian is one of the restaurants. There is a very dramatic element where you can sit in the bar and the real Italian grandmother can see that in the pasta theater you have your pasta right. Sara The Chef is fantastic – whatever she touches is amazing.

State bird provision This is a great idea. They take a slow amount on the idea of the cart (moving through the restaurant), and they have their own appetizers that pass through the dining room on the cart. This makes it very fun and comfortable.

What have you learned from a chef?
I played a chef chef for Adam Sandler in the film Spanglish, Thomas keleler Was an advisor on the film. He rebuilt the French laundry kitchen. I asked him what his pet was in the restaurant, and he said, the salty of food.
Who will you invite a michelin-weded food?
Whoever makes me laugh. I loved having dinner with Grucho Marx.
What's next for you?
A great restaurant improves your neighborhood, your city better, better the world, the world better. This is the definition of thinking globally and acting locally.
I'm opening a dinner in my neighborhood Nancy silverton As executive chef. we are very good friends. She lives in the neighborhood. Whatever she touches is delicious.
It is called Max and Helen, named after my parents. I can't wait. This rest is the glorification of food.
