(Reuters) -Oreck on Wednesday exceeded the fourth quarter revenue estimates, which increased with the increasing demand for its cloud prasad from companies deploying artificial intelligence.
The company's growth is largely nourished by supporting its Oral Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solution and AI workload. Analysts see that the company is becoming more as a cloud service provider which depends less on software development.
CEO Safra Catz said, “We hope that our total cloud growth rate – Application Plus Infrastructure – will increase from 24% in FY 2025 to more than 40% in the financial year 2026.”
Oracle is also presenting AI assistants, advisors and agents. Its AI Agent Studio, declared in March, is designed to help customers and partners in the manufacture of their own adapted AI agents.
According to data compiled by LSEG, the average estimate of analysts was $ 15.90 billion for the quarter compared to $ 15.59 billion.
