On the set of Captain Marvel, Brie Larson was unaware of the link between his film and Avengers Endgame

Surprise on sockets

Always with new projects on fire, Marvel Studios never ceases to develop characters, stories, narrative arches, released each year several films and series linked to each other by the fate of the characters. Projects subject to a very precise exit calendar, but not always easy for members of the large Marvel family. Revealed in independent productions such as States of Grace, Crazy Amy or Don Jon, the talented Brie Larson has been the face of Carol Danvers alias Captain Marvel since 2019.

Marvel, a dungeon firm!

In the chronology of the MCU, Carol leaves the earth to help the Skrulls, before presenting, years later, in search of Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). A blind entry into the labyrinthine Marvel cinematographic universe. Rich in a tortuous chronology that sometimes makes spectators tear out the hair who does not have all the elements in hand, it is also subject to a well -kept secret, which maintains technical teams and casting in the ignorance of their future in the Marvel matrix.

Accustomed to being informed of the scenarios of the films she shoots, she had revealed in 2019 to Jimmy Fallon that she had joined the prestigious distribution of Avengers: Endgame … without knowing anything about the solo film project around her character! Although not at the perfume of her future in the firm, she is now well integrated into the chronology, having taken over the Captain's costume in The Marvels (2023) where her powers are mixed with those of Miss Marvel (Kamala Khan) and her “niece”, Captain Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris). A female epic which we still do not know if she will have a sequel!
