Newark, Dell. (Wpvi) – From her home in Indiana, Velma Dinkins shared stories of her granddaughter Nola Dinkins.
He lovingly called him “Nola Bear”.
The child's grandmother Velma Dinins said, “She captured everyone's heart. The moment you saw her, you fell in love with her. She was special. She could be a funny and she could be dramatic.”

A delaware remains in jail on charges of randal murder. She is waiting for extradition to Maryland.
