Oscar Isaac is a crazy scientist and Jacob Elardi his creature returned from the dead in the trailer for “Frankenstein”, the adaptation of the famous Gothic myth by Guillermo Del Toro.
Guillermo Del Toro, Oscar Isaac and Mia Goth were present at the Live event in Tudum to reveal the first images of Frankenstein, science fiction film inspired by the Gothic novel by Mary Shelley. We expect a lot from this new super production Netflix since it is staged by one of the kings of horror and a passionate of monsters.

The Mexican director seems to have had a lot of fun on this adaptation which takes us to Eastern Europe in the 19th century. Doctor Pretorious went in search of Frankenstein, who was believed to be dead in a fire forty years ago.
His goal is to pursue the experiences of the creator of the monster, Doctor Frankenstein. Del Toro therefore remains quite faithful to the famous Gothic novel, which has become a cinematographic myth that have been brought to the screen. The film should therefore take the point of view of the creature and its creator.
Del Toro struck again
After seeing Frankenstein's first trailer, we can only emphasize the quality of the cast: the Gothic-chic atmosphere of the film Sied perfectly at Oscar Isaac, Mia Goth and Christoph Waltz. True to himself, the director has everything in the smallest detail: the sets are magnificent and grandiloquent, and the special effects seem quality.
But Del Toro has not yet revealed all his cards since he keeps the mystery on the look of the monster, played by Jacob Elordi (Euphoria). The latter appears masked in the last images but his build is impressive to say the least.
Netflix did not reveal the exact release date of its Frankenstein but the meeting is given in November, shortly after Halloween. And we can't wait to be there.
