Back on the three James Bond films which made us the affront not to include the famous replica of the famous British secret agent.
Everyone knows the replica “My name is Bond”often followed by a “James, Bond” dropped in all relaxation and with a touch of British phlegm. This mythical sentence is pronounced in the majority of the film's cinematographic adventures, but three of them decided to do without it. An affront such that the films concerned should be denounced:
Good kisses from Russia (1963)
This is the second feature film 007 with Sean Connery. Shot only a year after James Bond against Dr No (1962), the reply may have not yet had time to infuse in the minds of spectators. She is therefore absent from good kisses from Russia, who sees the famous agent escorting a Russian secretary of the Soviet consulate in Istanbul. The latter has an ultra -perfected deciphering machine.
We only live twice (1967)
So there, more excuses, since Goldfinger and Tonnerre Operation mentioned it in 1964 and 1965, but for an inexplicable reason, we only live twice (1967) ignores the most famous replica of 007. Almost to compensate, it will appear twice in the following film, in the secret service of His Majesty, often considered – wrongly – as the worst of James Bond.

Quantum of Solace (2008)
If it appears in all the other episodes carried by Daniel Craig, the famous reply is absent from Quantum of Solace, a film carried above all (a little too much?) On action and undergoing the inevitable comparison with the opus which preceded it, the incredible royal casino. It is not known why “My name is bond” is not pronounced in Solace, but it is perhaps because the film goes to 1000 an hour and does not bother a lot of worldly dialogues.
Now that Daniel Craig has hung up the tuxedo, will the future reboot of the saga too will do without this emblematic sentence that everyone pronounced at least once in his life? To follow …
