According to BRPD, 24-year-old Zamcas Vitrock has been accused of another-degree rape.
During interrogation with the police, Vitrok denied the allegations.
While in the hospital, officials say the victim presented a rape kit, which was sent to Louisiana State Police Crime Lab for analysis.
WHILOLD was booked in the East Baton Roose Parish Jail.
