The migrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia of Salvador, which was accidentally accepted by the Trump administration, was returned to the United States to face two criminal positions.
According to the formal allegations presented on this Friday, in the Federal District Court of Nashville, ábrego Garcia faces a conspiracy status to transport foreigners and another illegal transport of the unintended foreigners.
The migrants were sent to Al Salvador in the United States March, where they were kept in maximum security jail.
The United States Attorney General Palm Bondi announced at a press conference on this Friday that the Salvadoran government agreed to the return of Arebrego Garcia to face criminal allegations.
Bandy thanked the Chairman of Al Salvador, Naib Bokele for facilitating the management.
Bandi said, “Arebrego Garcia arrived in the United States to face justice,” he said “this is American justice.”
He said that, if the migrants are declared guilty of some crime and come to serve in the United States, he would return to Al Salvador.
According to the Attorney General, the Grand Jury in Tennessee determined that Abrego Garcia played “important role” in a network of individuals.
The jury admitted that it was his “full -time work” and he made more than 100 trips for the traffic of the people across the country, bringing thousands of illegal migrants to the United States, Bandy said.
Trump's chief prosecutor also said that Abrego Garcia smuggled weapons and narcotics in the United States.
He said that a companion involved Salvadoran in the murder of the mother of a rival gang member.
“These facts suggest that Arebrego Garcia is a threat to our community,” he says.
Bondi did not give evidence of these last two allegations, and Abrego Garcia does not face the positions related to them.
