An episode that was a real challenge to shoot

For this particular episode, it was in a real train that the HPI teams put their cameras. Conditions which obviously complicated filming, as explained by Audrey Fleurot during a press briefing organized as part of the Séries Mania festival.

“”So there are only 5 minutes left to arrive at your destination and go back to square one. So we don't have much time to turn. When we are told, we have the impression of going on a sequence plan. We have an additional tension which is nice but which is not very comfortable. “

During the same press point, HPI's production said that Alice Chegaray-Breugnot and Julien Anscutter, the writing directors of the police series, aimed to revisit the crime of the Orient Express.

“” “I don't think we could have done this episode in season 1, because it's a real teamwork. The shooting lasted 11 days and we knew that the actors were ready to embark on this kind of adventure. And the result was really up to our expectations. For us it is a pleasure each time to note this kind of challenge, to accompany them and to be more blown away by the result. ”
