A few days ago, Netflix put online on season 3 of Ginny & Georgia, who ended on a cliffhanger … quite unexpected! Good news, a suite is already in preparation.
Ginny & Georgia is a series that we cherish with all our heart. With her two heroines as sparkling as Atachers, she manages to make us go through all the emotions. And season 3, available on Netflix for a few days, is no exception.
In these new episodes, the mother played by Brianne Howey finds herself in prison and then in the heart of a trial that will keep the town of Wellsburry in suspense: did Georgia killed Cynthia's husband? Is she a black widow or a poor innocent woman? The masks fall and she will pay the consequences of her actions. Paul (Scott Porter) ends up asking for divorce and rather than falling into Joe's arms, she makes the mature choice to focus on her children.
Unfortunately, the cliffhanger of the last episode rebounds the cards: Georgia is pregnant. But who? Because while she was locked up at her home with her electronic bracelet, the 30 -year -old slept with Paul and then with Joe (Raymond Ablack). When she said to her daughter (who was also pregnant) that they were “fertile in the family”, we believe her!
A season 4 ordered by Netflix!
In 2023 Netflix had renewed Ginny & Georgia for two additional seasons: season 4 has been writing since February and if things are going well, we will not have to wait two additional years to find our two favorite heroines. And to find out who is the child's father, if the showrunner wishes to reveal this secret now.
Season 4 of Ginny & Georgia may in any case be the last. As revealed by the previous showrunner Two years ago, the plan was always to tell the story of this young mother in four games. If we do not know what exactly the following will talk about, we can hope for a happy ending for Georgia. Or at least a real end (and not in prison, preferably).
But before that, she will have to face several problems: this unexpected pregnancy and the return of her father, currently in prison (but until when?). We know that Georgia grew up in a violent home and that her father tried to kill her. Now that he knows where she lives, Ginny's mother (Antonia Gentry) is no longer safe and that doesn't mean anything good for the future …
