The cult “teeth of the sea” celebrates this year the 50th anniversary of its release in the USA. On this occasion we offer you to try to remember in which films you could see these ten sharks!
50 years ago, on June 20, 1975, American spectators discovered in theaters the film which would later be considered the first blockbuster in the history of cinema: the teeth of the sea.
Directed by a very young Steven Spielberg of only 28 years old (play with the career of the filmmaker!), The film was a dazzling success during the summer, becoming the first to exceed the symbolic threshold of the 100 million dollars in revenue, and later reaching the American soil 260 million.
The success of the teeth of the sea will give rise to three suites, becoming a franchise that will have marked the spirits and greatly contributed to generalizing the fear associated with the sharks on a global scale.
We have seen sharks in many other feature films since, as you will be able to see with this quiz, and its 10 films to recognize. Ready to throw yourself in the water? Before that, some filming secrets on the film released just 50 years ago.
