Episode 4 of season 7 of 9-1-1 had marked a turning point for the character of Buck (Oliver Stark). The latter indeed developed feelings for Tommy (Lou Ferrigno Jr), a helicopter pilot with which the barracks had teamed up.
He did not finish kissing at the end of the episode, thus confirming that the suspicions of the fans who thought the bisexual character. And if in the start of season 8, which is currently broadcast every Tuesday evening on M6, they seemed to spin perfect love, Tommy finally decided to end their relationship for fear of having a broken heart.
